#39 - SENTINEL AT SUNSET (1:1.25)
When a quail covey is foraging one is often perched on a high place keeping watch for danger. This quail was doing sentinel duty as the covey foraged nearby. Quail and sunset photographed separately in Siskiyou County, CA.
