I have probably driven past this ranch a thousand times and even played on it with a friend when I was young. Today, with camera in hand, I see it as a classic remnant of country living in a beautiful setting. This image has been specially processed to create the appearance of a painting. Photographed in Siskiyou County, CA.

I like the simplicity of this rendering. I still haven't looked up the painter it reminds me of, but I will.
